White Stones Cafe Gallery opening hours are, Mon-Sat 9am-5pm and Sundays from 10am to 4pm.
Christmas Montage (mixed show)
Once again Christmas approach's and White Stones is staging its pre-Christmas show. An interesting mix of affordable art by local artists including painting, sculpture, print, photography, mixed media and jewellery. Artists include are; David Nicholls, Ben Pipe, Duff Pearce, Shaun Forward, Caroline Sharp, Sally Davies, Zoe Cull and Alex Evans aka 'Stoneform, Marnie Shaw, Lucy Young, Anne Pearce, Gemma Hibbs and Karen Francis.

'The Written Word' is an exhibition exploring the written word, from traditional methods of calligraphy and letter cutting to centemporary painting, sculpture, print and ceramics.
Stones Speak - a Celebration of the Spoken Word, in the gallery March 4th 6.30 to 9p.m.
If you love the power of the spoken word, the Portland Poets, a good story well told and convivial company, come along. Stones Speak is being set up to provide a forum for everyone who enjoys the spoken word to enjoy readings, storytelling, poetry and more. The group will meet on the first Tuesday of every month. Places are limited, for more information contact Carenza Heyhoe, or call into the cafe.
